potential customers should read these this before making a purchase.

customer purchases a product or service from
izzyav.com they
automatically agree and become bound to the terms even if they have not
read
them.
Payment Methods
We offer online purchasing via credit card. We also except Money Orders.
Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®, American
Express®, and Discover®. Please be sure to provide the exact billing
address
and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you.
Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Company Checks
We accept money orders, cashier's checks and company checks in U.S.
dollars
only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's
check.
We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds
clear or
payment is received. We reserve the right to charge a fee on all
returned
checks.
Order confirmation
We will send you an email once your order is shipped containing your
tracking number. In the event you are having your order shipped to an
address other than the billing address, it is our company policy that
the
shipping address be notated as an alternate address with the bank that
issued your credit card. It is our company policy, when we receive an
order
with a value of $1200 or greater on MasterCard, Visa or Discover, that
you
contact the issuing bank and let them know that you placed an order with
izzyav.com and the
amount of the charge. This is known as notating your
account. We accept American Express .
Pricing and Availability
Prices, services and availability of products are subject to change at
any
time and without notice. It is our goal to offer a wide range of
products
from standard to cutting edge technology. We also try offer products and
services at a reasonable market price. Prices on this web site are
current
in real time per session. Price quotes obtained from this web site and
saved, copied or cached are not necessarily valid. Since the computer
industry is constantly and rapidly changing we take every effort to keep
up
with these changes.
Warranty
All sales come with 30-day warranty. If the item you have ordered is
defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace
defective items with an item of equal or greater functionality within
the 30
day warranty period.
Compatibility is not guaranteed, there is a 20% restocking fee for all
non-defective products returned. This includes problems with:
compatibility,
driver/software conflicts, improper installation, etc.
Customers must return items at his/her own cost and will be charged a
return
shipping fee for the replacement item. Shipping and handling charges are
not
refundable.
In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund
(less
shipping and handling) will be issued in the form of the original
payment
method.
Please note that all purchases are final.
Return Policy
A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical
Support
Staff at the manufacturer. You can get a manufacturer phone numbers by
e-mailing us. Once it has been diagnosed, please ask for a case number
and
contact our customer service department for a return authorization
number.
A 15% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping and handling charges
for
refused shipments by the customer.
Return period:
- 14 days-for photo equipment, except as listed below.
- 7 days-for video, audio, home theater, digital equipment &
related
accessories.
No returns on:
- Processing equipment once used with chemicals.
- Printers/fax once ink cartridges are installed.
- TVs, combos, and monitors 25" and larger.
- Educational tapes and books once opened.
- Blister-packed items once opened.
- Original manufacturer computers, computer products, software
once opened.
- Custom-built computers & non-linear systems (and parts
installed) once
opened.
Special Order merchandise.
All consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film,
digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, ink, bulbs, CD/DVDs,
etc.
Rules & Policies:
No returns will be accepted without an RMA # e-mail
rma@izzyav.com.
If your package has arrived damaged, missing items, or otherwise
tampered
with, please contact the carrier (UPS, Federal Express, etc.) and our
Customer Service department immediately. Any delay in contacting us
makes it
more difficult to file a claim. Please keep ALL packaging and items
EXACTLY
AS THEY ARRIVED.
All returns must include original factory box, original factory
packaging
(foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.) blank, unfilled warranty cards, all
instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory
cartons
or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is
not
in its original condition. All returned merchandise must be in its
original
mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise
will
not be accepted. All returns must include all the factory accessories
which
come with the item. For example, a camcorder must be returned with its
original battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.
izzyav.com will
not be
able to accept any returns if these packed accessories are missing.
Enclose
the original receipt or a copy of it with your return. Also enclose a
brief
letter of explanation of the reason for your return and state your
request
for either a store credit or an exchange. Please include the
authorization
number on this letter and on the outside of the box.
Shipping and Handling Charges are not refundable.
Returned merchandise which is lost or damaged in transit is not
izzyav.com
responsibility, but rather the carrier's. It is the buyer's
responsibility to file claims with the carrier upon the discovery of the
problem. Any item returned without a Return authorization number may be
refused. Do not send merchandise back COD or freight collect. We cannot
accept such packages. For your own protection, insure all return
packages. izzyav.com cannot
be responsible for packages we do not receive.
If you are not completely satisfied with the handling of your order,
please
contact our Customer Service Department Manager at the number below, and
we
will do our utmost to satisfy your request.
We ship via UPS Ground. Shipping Charges are based on the weight and
value
of the product(s) ordered. For other methods of shipment (3rd Day
select,
2nd Day Air, and Overnight ).
Any extra charges from UPS that will occur because of wrong address
information will be passed on to the client. We will be happy to fax the
copy of UPS relevant form.
You signature is required, as well as your Account Manager, at the
bottom of
this page to ensure that you are fully aware of the consequences that
may
occur and agree to abide by the outlined

procedures.
